Caleb is responsible for helping utilities, retailers and their customers capture value and operationalize distributed energy resources through various grid services. Prior to joining Generac Grid Services, Caleb began his career as a Distribution Field Engineer with Alabama Power Company, gaining a wealth of knowledge in Distribution operations. He then led Distribution technology strategy for Southern Company, spanning Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi Power where he focused on data analytics, connectivity, and OPEX reduction.

Before moving into his current role, Caleb served as a solutions architect for Generac Grid Services, supporting technical sales and solutioning of the Concerto Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS). Caleb holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and is pursuing his MBA. His experience in operations, strategy, product, and sales allows him to bring a well-rounded perspective to all things distributed energy resources. When Caleb is not on the clock, he’s typically working on his golf game, spending time outdoors or renovating his home.
