Prashant More has over 25 years of experience in control system integration and systems development. He has worked with some of the world’s leading control-systems technology suppliers across various industries and with specialist knowledge of distributed energy resource asset integrations for multiple vendor systems.

Prashant leads the integrations team as well as the controls engineering team within Generac Grid Services. He implements integrations of loads from commercial buildings, schools, cold storages, water/wastewater treatment centers and foundries for various energy companies worldwide. He also implemented integrations with battery, photovoltaic, EV chargers and more for various systems.

Before joining Generac Grid Services, Prashant had multiple years of experience in the industrial automation domain serving various industries such as chemicals, agrochemicals and semiconductors, where he implemented various solutions using PLC/ DCS programming or software programming using C/ C++. When off the clock, Prashant will either be singing his favorite Bollywood songs or helping his nephew and daughter with their Java code problems.
